Because of this, buyers are not afraid to act, because they are noticing that if they don’t, they may miss out on the house they are looking at.

Also, buyers are now more aware of the borrowing criteria that is applicable to them, and they are getting ready with their finances sooner, so they are ready to make an offer sooner.
